Soft Lacrosse

MMLA is pleased to offer Soft Lacrosse for the Peanut program. Soft Lacrosse has:

• Development type drills
• A regular lacrosse stick
• Pads: helmet with face mask, shoulder pads, gloves, jock, mouth guard Kneepads, arm guards and kidney pads are optional
• A sponge type ball, not a normal lacrosse ball
• Sessions include a practice then a scrimmage

Soft Lacrosse does NOT have

• Any contact of any kind. No stick checking or body contact
• Organized games

The Peanut Division Day of Champions is on Saturday June 19, 2010 at 9am. It will take place at Mt. Joy Arena. Please come out and support the stars of tomorrow.
