Soft Lacrosse
MMLA is pleased to offer Soft Lacrosse for the Peanut program. Soft Lacrosse has:
- Development type drills
- A regular lacrosse stick
- Pads: helmet with face mask, shoulder pads, gloves, jock, mouth guard Kneepads, arm guards and kidney pads are optional
- A sponge type ball, not a normal lacrosse ball
- Sessions include a practice then a scrimmage
Soft Lacrosse does NOT have
- Any contact of any kind. No stick checking or body contact
- Organized games
