The House League Box Lacrosse program is available for both boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 21. The program is consists of seven (7) divisions as follows:2009 season.

Each of the divisions has one game and one practice a week (Monday to Thursday 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm depending on the age) at one of the local arenas.
