Refund and Cancellation Policy

As an association we implemented policies and incentives to encourage our players to register early. The refund policy along with early bird discount and late registration fees are all part of these policies. Late registrations and withdrawals cause a massive amount of extra work for association administrators as well as additional costs. In some cases we are left with extra floor time that we can't fully sell or return to the city. Adding or subtracting teams or players on teams causes problems with balancing and jerseys. With all of this in mind, our refund policy is as follows.
If you cancel:
- Prior to March 15: Full Refund
- Between March 15 and the start of the season, April 20: Registration Fee minus $25.00 Admin Fee = Amount of Refund
- After the start of the season, April 20: No Refund.
ALL requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Registrar.
